Location. It was close to everything I needed.

The TV went out during a rain storm. It wasn't even a bad storm. Just heavy rain. I called the front desk and she said that happens when it rains. It was out for a few hours. Annoying. Also, there was hair in the bath tub that obviously wasn't mine.

It?s clean. Most of the front desk is friendly. There are vending machines that work and are available. There is also a convience store in front. There is always free coffee available as well.

The breakfast is not that great but it?s free. The ice machine on 2nd floor doesn?t work.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for our shuttle. I called the shuttle driver twice and was told it would be 15 minutes each time. This did not happen. I called the hotel and talked to hotel employee who was no help. He actually hung up on one of our ca

Dirty! Started with full garbage can outside. Stained carpet. Dirty walls. Terrible water pressure

It was fine when needing somewhere to stay overnight during a snowstorm. The staff was really polite and accommodating. I am disabled and the staff changed my room so I would not have to walk far to get to it. They also did this with parking.

The hotel is older, so it has a stale, smoky, mildew smell, but that should be expected with its age.

That it was 3 minutes away from the mall

It was dirty! We had ants in our room! The closet door was broken and wouldnt close. The shower head was coming out of the wall! And they only cleaned the rooms every 3 days!
