Semaphore Splash Apartments

Emmanuel was extremely helpful and efficient. On the first night I noted that there was no blind or curtain on the master bedroom window. I mentioned it to Emmanuel the next morning and he arranged for a maintenance man to come the next day and installed a black out curtain. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

There were no cleaning products in the apartment, we wanted some toilet cleaner/bleach and some disinfectant spray. Also, 2 toilet rolls in the master en suite wasn't enough for a 7 night stay we ran out after 4 days and had to buy more.

Although the property was meant to be sound proofed and have noise reduction, considerable noise enters the apartment from outside the main entrance door travelling directly into the main bedroom from the elevator foyer outside. There was a man in another apartment that left his apartment to smoke out on the public access balcony beside the elevator what felt like at least once hourly and at ridiculous hours throughout the night which meant very interrupted sleep during our stay each night as his door slammed each time as he exited and then re entered. This may also be trivial, but we there were no scissors in the apartment which we needed for opening some tough packaging.

Location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the view. The apartment was very secure with a keycard lift. We stayed in the penthouse and loved how spacious it was. Would definitely come back and stay at Semaphore Splash.

Other apartment doors would slam very loudly, could be heard from inside the apartment. Needed a few more basics, ie, aluminium foil, cling wrap, platters, bread knife. Downstairs bathroom unfortunately smelt like sewerage, we had the door closed the whole time.

Excellent location close to our family and Semaphore beach and park.

We didn't have free Wi-Fi as advertised. There was no password at the accommodation, I sent owner a message with no response.
