The food. Booking us a taxi for the airport.

The floor of the room and the toilet were not being cleaned for the duration. In addition the cleaning lady failed to change the beddings on two occasions and on 9th I had to request for a change at 10pm when I got back. The duvet is old and tattered, as is some towels. The water was relatively warm and not hot.

Restaurant was closed. Given the remote location of the hotel there was very little choice for food in the surrounding. Highway was closed and access to the hotel was not easy to find. A notice of the highway closure on the website would have been very appreciated and useful.
