The best we have stayed in.

An architect designed ensuite bedroom with sockets in all the right places. A whole room for placing luggage, finding warmer bedding and having plenty of space. The ensuite bathroom is perfectly designed, modern and meticulously sparkling clean.

Brilliant value for money and not able to think of any negatives.

Excellent value for money. Immaculate accommodation. Host very welcoming. Everything was perfect. Plenty of space for parking. Flexible on check in time. Very quite.

Cannot think of anything that needs improving. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. We have stayed here before and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights, lovely cooked breakfast on the first morning, continental on the second. Spot on the time we requested. Good location for visiting the local area and Bath. Would definitely recommend

Our host was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The place was lovely with a great breakfast. It was a quiet neighborhood, very friendly. We had a short walk to an excellent pub too! Would definitely stay again!
