Amazing stay in Grand Hyatt Tokyo

The location of the hotel is great, 3 min walk to the shopping center, restaurants , cafe. There is a direct shuttle bus from/to the Narita airport. We booked Club room and facilities were just great. Breakfast was very impressive. We had a cocktails and sone food every evening, and the fact that children are welcome there makes a difference. For the kids it was a dinner time and they enjoy the food at the club lounge . The personal is very good and attentive to all your needs. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We went to the spa and love it. We definitely stay again in GH Tokyo.

Nice specious rooms with a large bathroom and bath, good quality restaurant options and breakfast buffet in the hotel, and great room service

For an expensive/luxurious hotel the beds were quite firm and uncomfortable
