Location is best, view from all the rooms are best, room is very clean and everything in the room works. Everybody at reception, especially Mr. Michelle at the Reception is very very cooperative and a thorough gentle person.
I didn't like only one thing is that, there is no door at shower cabin, it is open. So whenever you use shower cabin, all the floor of the bathroom gets very wetty or say floody. I already mentioned this as a feedback at the Reception to Mr. Michelle.
Great position, and 360 degrees view. Magic during the day and night.
Room was good size, great bed, veri nice bar and restaurant
the location and luggage storage is good.
it is so noisy after midnight and in the morning. the wardrobe is not clean.
Good location for accessing the train station. Nice enough public areas. We didnt dine at the restaurant, but it looked lovely with beautiful views. Enjoyed the exterior architecture.
Where to begin We stayed in the lovely historic district for ten days and stayed at the Radisson to catch the train the next morning. Since wed seen this high rise building (known by locals as the crayon) in the distance every day, we looked forward to our stay here. The room was quite small. The air conditioning in both the room and the public areas was very poor. It desperately needs new carpeting throughout. Note sure the hotel can be blamed for this, but walking in the outdoor public area adjacent to the hotel felt a bit like being in Squid Game. The tiles were literally breaking under our feet. It was quite unbelievably dangerous for a first world city to allow this. We laughed as we tried to maneuver around, but wow. Not a horrible stay, but I cant recommend it.
Location and view
Overwhelmed by rugby crowd. Inadequate staffing to cope with what was a full house on the weekend. Breakfast was a disaster and reception chronically understaffed
