Staff was super friendly and helpful

Location was questionable and I didn't feel fully safe at night. My boyfriend and his friend got a room for a night on the other older side of the hotel and it was hot and muggy and just generally dingy

Absolutely nothing

Yes after discovering bed bugs we immediately went to check out was assured we would be refunded and that has not happened . Now I?m in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card
