Whitsunday East 1106 on Hamilton Island by HamoRent

The view, the large apartment and the location.

Holiday was too short.

The unit was clean and tidy and had a fabulous view. There was everything we needed to cook meals if we wanted and good coffee at the coffee cart downstairs.

Great size for two adults, super location and the view is incredible.

Would be great to get an extra bath towel.

we were very disappointed- our room was not recognised from the main rooms as it was owner recognised. We were not met by any individual and such nobody to explain the facilities in the room. Upon arrival at the local airport there was nobody to great us. The whole set up was totally failure

Well its on Hamilton Island so the location was magic. The apartment was spacious with a new bathroom. The view was breathtaking and the pool was really lovely.

Where do I begin.. When we arrived the staff were rude when they realised we had booked through Hamorent which was upsetting. We then went up to the apartment but the door was locked, even though I had received a phone call earlier in the week about it being left unlocked as the keypad was not working and we had to wait around for someone to turn up to let us in. We then found there was only one set of keys and had to request another. We then discovered no bedding was provided for the sofa bed (when we had clearly booked with 2 children). The apartment was filthy - I had to clean the floor myself as the tiles were so dirty that my childrens feet were black within minutes! Disgusting!! It was also bought to our attention that the cost of the apartment was close to double the cost of what others in the building were paying for the same week!! Ripped off - the dirt and the cost would ensure we would never return to this apartment or a Hamorent property!!
