We appreciated the location, cleanliness, hospitality, and most of all, the gracious staff. We loved the ice machine, cups, & room amenities. The late checkout fee was very reasonable and the airport limo bus drop off & pick up was very convenient.
Our room was too small for 3 adults w/1 big & 1 carryon luggage each even though it was a 3-bed room. We had to request the removal of two chairs in the room so that we could walk from the hallway to the beds.
Good location.
The room smelled so musty - and there was mold in the shower and hairs all over the walls. So gross. Room was old - smelled liked old people and remnants of smoke from like fifty years ago. Set my allergies off something horrible. Would not stay there again.

Staying here couple extra days before start of Gate1 Travel Japan tour- Gate1 chose this hotel. Also 7-11 store right around corner and if coming from Haneda Airport there is a direct bus to the hotel's door ( go to Terminal 1, buy ticket at kiosk) The train station Ikebukuro is nearby .. Also Breakfast buffet is excellent!
