Avenida Boutique Hotel

Good central location. They have kept the original wood flooring in rooms and corridors and generally the hotel has a good, airy vibe to it. All interactions with staff were good. Good breakfast.

We had a small flood in the bathroom because the shower door leaked. We were moved to another (worse) room and found out the next morning that it also leaked (this time a bathtub with different type of door). You can tell the renovations were low cost because rooms/fittings already show wear and tear and average quality despite being recent.

It is a good hotel, located in the city center. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas are beautiful. Recommended for those who want to visit the city or come for work

The room was great overall. We ordered some tea and on checkout they didn't even charge us for it, which was nice.

Great place to visit Viseu. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Overall nice stay and do recommend the hotel

Tough to find a (free) parking and the antique house is unfortunately light hearted. Breakfast only opens at 8am (which was unfortunate to me)

Hotel totally rebuilt on old house...Great job. Very comfortable and clean. It's very close to the historical center. Breakfast was also good.
