Querini Luxury Suites

What a lovely boutique hotel. Located on a cobblestone pedestrian street walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the harbor. The gem is Maria ! Maria welcomes you to Querini with a warm smile and great service. There was a bowl of fruits , a bottle wine and a refrigerator with juice, water ,soda and beer waiting for us in the room. Our daily breakfasts were at lovely nearby restaurants. Unable to have breakfast one morning,Maria delivered fresh danishes for us to have before leaving for our tour. You can not ask for better personal service.

Our suite was immaculately clean, beautifully fitted out, and spacious. On arrival there was fruit, cake and wine for our stay. Maria is an exceptional host, she is keen to look after your every need. Having recommended the perfect rooftop restaurant for a birthday supper she had organised a delicious dessert as a gift from her. She also gave my partner a bottle of sparkling wine. I should add that she helped us find free parking when we arrived too. We would definitely stay again if we can!

Nothing. While the Querini Suites are not on the seafront they are in the heart of the town and just away from the busyness and noise of the harbour.

We have not long returned from a wonderful 8-night stay at Querini Luxury Suites. The communication was superb from the moment of booking until after we left. As previously said, Maria was the perfect host - friendly, informative and generous. She genuinely cares about your holiday and wants everything to be just right. The transfer arranged was seamless with Maria greeting us on arrival. There was a welcome gift of wine, fruit, cake, beers and soft drinks. Throughout our stay, Maria also dropped off delicious ice cream, more wine and a selection of local sweet and savoury delicacies (when she realised we were missing breakfast one morning). The breakfast included is at one of two restaurants. Pallas by the harbour, and Theatro City coffee bar that was just around the corner. We only used the local cafe which had seating outside and an extensive breakfast/brunch menu - the staff and food were lovely. The location was perfect a few minutes walk to the harbour but away from the hustle and bustle. It was a 10 /15-minute walk to the beaches. The roof terrace was perfect for drinks and a real sun trap (an umbrella provided for shade). The only downside is it's so lovely it may be difficult to get a date as I would imagine people rebook on leaving. Thank you Maria for our fabulous stay we hope to stay with you again in the future.

There was nothing we disliked - just a small suggestion. We had storms on a couple of days. We could have made use of a microwave to heat the lunch we had bought on the previous day. A fridge on the roof terrace for drinks would be great - but that's just me being lazy with the stairs!
