Central location, within easy walking of the main sites. Good, helpful and informative staff at reception. Unusual ancient building, well restored, with stone steps and medieval courtyard and balcony. Good breakfast. Underground car parks within 5 minutes walk of hotel. Tranquil location.

Tricky to find down a side street; no parking space outside hotel to unload cases etc.

A lovely old building - lots of stonework. The receptionist was very nice and gave us a larger room than we had booked. It was very comfortable- bed linen spotless and comfy.

It is on a small side road and we had to walk through small streets to get there - glad it was midday when we arrived. There was a coffee machine but no kettle to make tea - the cm does not boil the water. A history of the building would be a nice addition to the information folder.

Breakfast was good. The building was lovely!

My room wasn't so easily accessible but I accept the hotel can't change that. There was building work going on outside my room.
