Great location, good room, excellent breakfast, lovely staff.
Bit surprised that the room was in the attic but it turned out to be perfect.
Friendly staff, good location, nice with free drink in evening. Staff went extra mile to also help our friends store luggage who had different accommodation which was super appreciated!
Cleaning was so so - I had mention that I spilled jam on my sheets from breakfast. The sheets were not changed.
Location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The Nordic buffet breakfast was just amazing. We’ve never seen anything like it. We also loved Cozy Hour with other guests. The staff were unfailingly helpful, polite, personable and lovely.
Nothing could have been better.
Great location . Outstanding staff. Casper at the desk went above and beyond to help. My husband got Covid, and Casper was so kind as to help find an urgent care, also helped us extend our stay extra days and keep our room. I believe it was Mikel who helped me call the hospital. Everyone was lovely. Thanks!!!

Cosy Hour was great! Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and with great service all round.
Staff was great - Kim at front desk was always funny, helpful and interesting to talk to. Overall hotel experience was excellent!
Having just one elevator caused a little inconvenience, i.e., delays in using it to get to our room on 5th floor. However, we mostly used the stairs so the overall experience wasn't too bad.
