There was a noise in my room…like a low battery sound. I asked 3x for maintenance and they never came to fix it.

The Hotel Room Sound Insulation was poor, one could hear sounds from the corridor quite easily. Additionally, the Refrigerator in the room made intermittent sounds, and the plumbing piping had a very audible groan / hum that disturbed our sleep. There was no Water Kettle in the room and it took 1 day and 3 reminders to receive the same! Billing had errors, I was billed for 2 breakfasts when both were included. Breakfast was just about OK - and for a hotel where one pay more than 500 USD per night, when you hear they only offer fried eggs at the egg station - with no possiblity to receive other omelettes - thats just not good enough. Additionally, they asked from us 4 USD per bag to store the same with them - when we arrived early at the Hotel - Prior to our Checkin - I have never paid this at any other property in my life. The Final Billing had confusion, they charged me for 2 Breakfasts which I had to get reversed. I asked for and received a rebate for the daily fees, but I feel grossly cheated. I want a refund from booking.com for this stay

1)Bad bad internet on 18th floor only one bar and always disconnected 2)the wardrobe during check in was not clean - filthy , black chair - filthy , the cleaner said the cleaner forgot to clean 3)plastic cups- basic toiletries , hairdryer not working Overall this is not Hyatt , what a shame , more like a budget hotel - totally regret it
