Ani Plaza Hotel

The hotel is in very good location, close to centre and interesting places and restaurants. The hotel is big and spacious. Breakfast has ample choice of both international and local products.

Staff at reception and restaurant is not up to the hotel standard. Service and attention to guests is bare minimum. Power outage occurred during the stay and guests were left literally in the dark, without any assistance. Safes in the room are fixed to small tables which can be moved, and therefore easily stolen, together with the attached safe (which therefore is all but safe).

Very welcoming staff. We were provided an upgraded room which made our 8-night stay much more comfortable. Very good location! easy to walk anywhere, city center, quit street, easy to access by taxi or car. Comfortable beds, everything is clean. Good variety of food for breakfast, incl. vegetables, fruit, berries, drinks, etc.

Pillows were not the most comfortable, would be great if you have a choice of different kinds of pillows. Restaurant (outside of breakfast) is not the best unfortunately. But there is plenty of choice around the hotel.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a beautiful yard that is great to take a breath and relax.

Some times takes long waiting for the elevator

The service at the hotel was outstanding. Especially Lili and Pavel at the front desk did much to make our stay as pleasant as possible, for example, exchanging the initial assigned room to one more suited for our requirements, recommending restaurants and sights to see in Yerevan, dealing with taxis, storing luggage etc. The room was large, very clean, with comfortable bed, good shower and bath. Very good location. Pool and sauna area. Good lobby bar and coffee shop. Will return to this hotel when next in Yerevan.

The breakfast room was rather loud and crowded. But there were some interesting folks we ran into, like an Argentinian football team. The internet was spotty at times.
