That the lady at the desk cancelled my reservation without any fees

It was under construction, looked like the shinning no room # signs, n half the doors don't have #s on them. The paint fumes were heavy, on each floor, like fix 1 floor at a time not have it ALL tore up

All of the renovation and the breakfast buffet was average and food was cool.

the room was clean and the bathroom was excellent.

The pillows needed new covers over them.

I was not about to eat there it cost 21.99 to eat then they say they put it back on your card but they were having a glitch in the system so I said never mind and went somewhere else for breakfast !!!

How about security and security cameras , because the over 15 cars got there windows smashed out so I paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night because I was not taking the chance to be the next car to get broke into because 2 of my pool team members got there windows smashed and even tho I paid for 2 night and only stayed 1 night they never re- emburst me for the night I was not there so I would never recommend this place to anyone

It was close to where we needed to be.

Many cars were broken into, the hotel was renovating, the guests were loud and smoking pot. Then, our prescription medications were stolen out of our room.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good.

It seemed like it was in the middle of being refurbished but never finished. There was water damage on that bathroom door that had been painted over. A drawer missing a handle. A second peephole that was loose and could be pulled out.
