I had a great stay...
Very clean and accommodating. Helped with what activities and things to do.
The smell
Horrible experience, will not stay...
Easy to make reservation, mattress firm and pillows soft, heater worked well, breakfast above average for non-luxury hotel, check out staff very friendly, plenty of towels, sheets clean and smelled fresh, ample parking.
Disaster from the very beginning: difficult to find-entrance not well marked, front desk staff not very friendly at check in, room very small, cracks in some of the walls, bubbling and peeling paint in the bathroom, cracked tiles in the shower and improperly sealed, low flow on the shower head, some lights not working, towels were very small, thin and rough, the microwave didn’t work properly, carpet stained, curtains had to be held together with some clips so they didn’t blow open when the heater was turned on, clock didn't work, one of the electrical outlets wasn’t secured to the wall (a safety hazard), refrigerator did not cool down very well, no printed TV guide or a note saying where to find it, guests started shouting and hollering and drag chairs across the floor after midnight in the breakfast area by the front desk-this went on for about 45 minutes and staff did nothing until I called to complain; I was unable to go back to sleep even with ear plugs in.

Only thing I liked was that we had a place to stay!
Staff was not very helpful, roaches in the tub, tv did not work n when told they did nothing and didn’t even have a spare remote.
I will not be booking...
It was close to nearby location for sports tournaments
One room the king size bed had a large dip in the middle of the mattress, making sleeping very uncomfortable. The other room with the double bed had a stench of animal urine.
