I loved it. I had a fantastic
I didn't have a problem. The food was great. The staff was friendly
Food at the banquet was great as was the room
Projectors and screen set up for presentation was poor. Staff seemed short on Saturday difficult to get lunch in restaurant
The location was fabulous. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom tub drain looks like it was rusting, ceiling paint is chipping, wallpaper is peeling. The entry lamp shade was falling off. We were placed in a room that conjoins with the room next door, and we could hear kids screaming through bath time. Tv streaming sign up is outdated as compared to other hotels. The bar was understaffed, and the house red cab was not good, and not served in red wine glasses but charged $10 per glass. Charged $22 to park in the garage as a guest. Charged $27 for continental breakfast the next morning. These extra fees were not mentioned when I booked the room. Breakfast only said “extra charge”, but $27 for continental buffet is too much.
Close to event venue
Looked dated. Parking deck was scary. Breakfast was horrible should probably leave the breakfast options up to Starbucks. Crazy guy kicking doors and screaming in hallway at night.
at check in they allowed me to check in 2 hrs early which was great being that i came from out of state and im pregnant, that’s about the best part of this stay. A few minutes to a half hour into my hotel room my boyfriend and i were settling down as i was about to get into the shower and a man who worked at the hotel didn’t knock and barged into my room while i was undressed, luckily the extra lock was on my door stopping the door from actually fully opening. when my boyfriend approached the man outside our door he said we were supposed to be checked out hours ago we explained we literally just checked in and how the man didn’t even knock he just opened our do abruptly and didn’t apologize. we went down to the front desk to complain and the night shift hotel manager also didn’t apologize and told us the man has been working there for 30 years and knows the protocol. we were offered free breakfast which came with our room anyways. needless to say we didn’t take the “free breakfast”. The whole situation was not handled properly in our favor. being that my boyfriend travels for work and is a diamond card holder with the hilton hotels we will definitely not be staying at this hotel again. i think the situation was not handled well at all.
