Old, paper thin walls. Could hear neighbors tv better than ours. No wash cloths. Asked twice never received. Walls, doors, everything very old. AC did not keep up. Casino was an absolute joke. First staff member extremely rude; but everyone else friendly.

Modern up to date, extremely clean, quiet and accommodating to your every need. Staff are very knowledgeable, fluent in several languages, and willing to arrange sightseeing excursions, arrange transportation, prepare special meals,etc.

Upgrade to the master suite was nice. Quiet, clean, comfortable and close to the park. Valet parking.

Not enough convenient 110v plugs, nowhere to charge electronics

No real parking, you have to leave your key with the very nice car guy, Javier. They were remodeling or doing something that sounded like moving furniture in a boarded up room next to ours untill 2am. Cigarette smoke got in our room. We woke up to water dripping through the light fixtures in our bathroom, lots of water. When we went to breakfast there were no plates, no clean tables, not much of anythng and no real rush to remedy the situation. We left a note for management and our business card expecting some response. Its been over a week. Management just does not care. We were offered another room for the hours before check out but we just wanted to leave. We work locally in tourism, anyone can have a bad day but the fact that we got no response from management even after a follow up phone call, is just not fathomable to us.

EVERYTHING!!!Clean modern affordable 15 moment walk to the dental clinic through a beautiful park. The service is unbelievable!! Every staff member greets you with a smile and most address me by my first name. The food in the restaurant is outstanding
