Nice hotel, great service, good location…beds kind of hard but it’s ok for a few nights. Short on towels while we were here, not a lot of breakfast to pick from but 7.5/10 not bad at all!
The location was within minutes of my work location. The cost was very reasonable. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and friendly.
No complaints
Location, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
When you sat on the bed it is very soft. The bed was made badly, it almost looked like someone slept on it. The shower had mold everywhere. The outside of the toilet looked like it was never cleaned. The room looked like it was never dusted. The bathroom vent had so much dust around it. I understand that I had a pet friendly room, but it would have been nice if the room was cleaner.
Wil never stay there again
Eve thing was not clean
My check in experience was good. Once we got to the room the bathroom was dirty and very uncleaned. The shower was wet like someone just used it with a large amount of hair caught in the drain. The shower curtain has mold at the bottom of it. And it was not stocked with toilet paper. When I told the front desk worker that night he said he would make a note. When asked if he had cleaning supplies we could use so we could shower he said no but gave us a roll of toilet paper. Once morning came, I went to the front desk and told Bonnie she said she would tell housekeeping when they arrived at 9am but she couldn’t guarantee they would be able to get to it. I asked if she could make it a priority and she said she would try. So I left went to Walmart and got my own cleaning supplies, cleaned the bathroom myself. The breakfast was trash and very basic. It was not worth eating.
