Staff were amazing
Clean modern quiet hotel on the Southbank
Promised a call when room was ready I never got it. Bit noisy in hallways late at night

Staff were very friendly
The views and room were amazing
Location, hotel staff were lovely, unlimited soda water, bed was very clean and comfortable
Lots of stained furniture, carpet and damaged furniture. Felt a bit rundown in many ways, and not really clean consequently.
The staff are a little too attentive. Service charges appear from nowhere, and are layered. The beers in the hotel are very poor quality: canned beer, not even bottled. A couple of decent kegs should not be too much trouble for goodness sake.
