Cost of food and drink

Hotel was clean and the room was spacious w/a balcony. The rooms at this hotel are all oceanfront! A higher floor room will get you the best view of the beaches, but be prepared to wait for the elevator awhile. 4 elevators, but only 2 operating.

I cannot stress this enough: Food was ridiculously overpriced!!!!! Food quality was average at best. Better to plan to eat elsewhere and have snacks in your room. Full size fridge and microwave in the room. Ice machine available.

Room phone rang multiple times in the middle of the night. Spoke to front desk and was told a manager would get back to me, but never did. Child predator on the beach (not a hotel guest) taking photos of only children. I had to escort off the property.

Food/drink prices high. Dog 2 doors down whined so we moved. Once moved people above up moved furniture all night. We left a day early.

It was a great location and beautiful grounds with heated pool.

WiFi was terrible. Wish the lazy river was warmer!

The check in staff had no idea what he was doing and the restaurant staff was rude when we explained the situation that the check in staff didn't give us the vulture and they were rude and we had to walk back and forth getting the situation fixed.

Hotel and staff were excellent. I was completely dissatisfied because I chose that hotel and spent the money I did because I required one amenity that was guaranteed to be in the room for me. The advisor from your company please call me
