No issues what so ever

The location was great, the staff were extremely inviting and helpful, and the accommodations were more than satisfactory. An excellent experience all around.

The hotel was great. Minutes from steps of cathedral. The rooms were soundproof so you cant hear all the noises from the busy center. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. There are many steps to the hotel so be prepared but they will assisted if needed.

Staff was Amazing. They gave us great tips about the area. And they really helped us with some airline problem I was having. The hotel is very central. Great location. We had a great view of the main church, which also meant we could hear the bells in the morning.

Great location in the heart of the city. Nice and renovated rooms. The stuff was nice and helpful. Clean and welcoming.

I didn't have breakfast, as it was in a cafe' nearby, 30% off but not included. It was busy there and decided not to use it as I had appointments. Bed not superconfortable, a bit bendy and soft. Everything else was superb. Friendly service and welcome

The staff were amazing extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Rooms were immaculately clean, bathroom facilities were fantastic and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Location was 10/10 as were the views. Highly recommend La Bambagina.
