They did not give us out forth room although I booked all. This is pathetic.
The perfect place to party and taste the fantasy life.
The facilities in the room are not in a good quality to be used; like, shower, jacuzzi ..
Our experience at the Ushuaa Hotel in September 2023 was genuinely disappointing. Despite having spent a considerable sum, it seemed that every service was charged, even the air we breathed, while customer service was notably lacking. Initially, we were convinced to upgrade to the party view suite, promising two exciting parties. However, we bitterly discovered that Martin Garrix's closing party had taken place the previous week, rendering the upgrade pointless. The request to downgrade the last night was handled hastily, without granting us the slightest time to pack our bags, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The issue continued when three cleaning ladies entered our room unannounced, despite us having indicated "do not disturb" with a red light and a sign on the door handle. Even the following evening, despite having paid for a late check-out until 3:00 PM and reiterating "do not disturb," the cleaning staff's intrusions persisted three times, at 12:30, 1:15, and 2:40, causing a highly frustrating situation. To remedy this series of inconveniences, we tried to speak with a manager, but we had to wait 45 long minutes before being able to do so. We were offered a room in the Tower building for a shower, but it lacked comfort, was dirty, and filled with hair everywhere, causing profound discomfort. Despite reporting the situation, no manager has contacted us to this day, despite almost a month having passed. The Ushuaa Hotel handled this situation embarrassingly, considering we spent 4400 for three nights during the low season in September. We had hoped for a superior experience but were deeply disappointed.
