Snorkling on the property was good. Since we have notbstayed at any other property on the island, cannot compare.

The hotel needs more staff. Every area needs to be improved: 1. Dining capacity and service 2. Fresh towels and laundry services 3. Beverages / Bar tender 4. Staff interaction 5. Very tiny beach (no walks on the beach). 6. No daily programs (yoga?)

-Rooms were a little old (especially the bathroom) -Tennis/Soccer courts could need some renovation and new rackets

The location in general was okay, the pool and beach areas are not big but comfortable and nice. We really liked the food and the different restaurant options they have for dinner, the food in the buffet for lunch was really good as well. Some staff members were nicer than others. The night activities are enjoyable and varied. The view from the room is beautiful.

The whole experience was really disappointed since the first night. We had a lot of issues with the AC of the room. Despite the room was okay in terms of space and furniture, the AC was not working, we raise several complains to the front desk and they mentioned that the central AC had some issues and they were working to fix it, however, for the 3 nights that we spent there the issue was never resolved and we had to sleep without AC and with a lot of heat inside the room sweating all the time we spent inside, temperature inside the room was not pleasant at all. We asked for a fan to mitigate the heat inside the room and they did not have any available. To be a resort, this type of issues are not acceptable considering that we pay for a comfortable stay and these are not the conditions to get relaxed and enjoy a getaway. Moreover, the service at the bar is not good, we had to spend a lot of time to get couple of drinks, it seems that there are not too many personnel to attend all the demand and we can waste more than 30 minutes just for 2 drinks. We booked this resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had high expectations with our stay there, but at the end it was not pleasant at all and we experienced a lot of discomfort and nobody is compensating us for the nights that we could not sleep well waking up several times during the night due to the heat and no AC. Some of the staff members had a rude attitude specially at the bar and at some of the restaurants (except the Italian one where the attention and service was pretty good).

Natural pool is good. Buffet and snacks are good. Room facilities are good.

Staff actitud was rude. Some days restaurants were closed without previous warning or communication to guests. I suffer a injury and they don't have a nursery to attend events. Snack point close before of time many times.

The beach accommodations were really nice and staff was friendly.

The food quality was average. The Italian restaurant and the micro brewery were never open. There is no swim up bar as advertised. The room assigned to us had black mold on the shower curtain and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. If you want to go to the downtown area it's 40 USD round trip, the drive is 10 minutes there and back, which seems pretty expensive to me.
