Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - John Wayne Airport

Staff (Bella) was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Made us feel welcome. We had to leave a day early due to a death in family and she made sure we were not charged for that night.

Little outdated, but still clean and A/C and appliances all worked well

Jasmin was very nice.

I didn’t like that they asked my husband into put his credit card on file and had me sign for his credit card made no sense if my name was not on the card. Also the facility was very dirty and the staff were loud and very unprofessional the room we were giving was full of sand and the trash bin with wheels was outside our room and it was very dirty.

Overall it was good place

I booked the hotel because it said breakfast was included. Coffee and a granola bar is not breakfast. Kid and I were Very disappointed

Clean, beds were comfy, well located

Room was spartan and poorly maintained. No side chair (there was a desk/office chair). Even the front reception area needed a paint job. Lousy coffee, no fresh milk, and packaged, tasteless muffins for breakfast (walked over to Carl's/Hardee for a fresh breakfast). Bath towels were small. Request for an extra bed pillow was denied. Refrigerator had significant dirt on the top and was a used & dented-appliance with a lousy paint job (latex, not enamel, that barely covered the exterior rust). Shower water was lukewarm.
