The evening and morning hospitable team were so kind and helpful. They made my stay wonderful and I’ll definitely be back.
Breakfast was fantastic. Location was not a problem.
The air was not regulated in one of the rooms, even after irequested maintenance. The room was very warm, which made a comfortable sleeping night very difficult.
Location was great, free breakfast was great, cleanliness was OK but not great with visible dust and some grime in bathroom.
There was only 2 elevator working in a major hotel hosting 100s of guest excessively waiting for 1 of working elevators... Or walking the stairs... this was sad. I fact comments online show the SAME complaint going on 4 weeks...
