Luquillo Beach Getaway

This was a scam! I was alone with my two kids in Puerto Rico and when we ubered to the address there was a run down vacant house that was not in livable conditions. I was stranded at night and it was very scary. I expect a full refund for this transaction

The host was easy to reach and helped as quickly as she could

I wont use booking.com again , they made the address hard to access , I had to zelle for payment and that felt weird and the advertised an upstairs and downstairs apartment on the same advertisement and it felt like false advertising

The lockbox was difficult to open and the lock on the gate was a nightmare we couldn't open it we had to get the person staying downstairs to work with it. The front door to the Apt was swollen and you had to lift it up if you wanted to get in. There were two locks on the door but only one was actually functional. The AC worked pretty well but there were a couple of remotes and we had to play with each one to find and see what's what. The bathroom was nasty, the place was highly disappointing. It needs TONS & TONS of repairs and LOTS OF TLC. At a pricetag of almost $200 a day I would NOT recommend it. You can get a much nicer place elsewhere. Do your due diligence... I failed to do mine this time around and it bit me on my behind. It was awful and disappointing and I'm being kind.
