Enjoyable stay, but not for the spa

Clean, nicely renovated room. Good location. Good breakfast

Dark rooms, spa needs a lot of updating as quite dilapidated.

The rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very gracious and hospitable. The sauna is particularly lovely within the spa facilities. Lots of takeaway spots nearby and it is just a short walk to the busy hub of St Julians.

The noise! Its right at the end of the strip and my goodness on Saturdays even foam earplugs couldnt drown out the bass, the shouting from punters and car horns. I asked to move room for my second night and was told there was no quieter room available. If youre in Malta to party this might be a good option but for anyone else, I wouldnt recommend staying in this hotel, purely because of the area. I didnt see enough reviews on this when I booked, hence I overlooked it. The spa in general is in need of some attention. The pool is lovely for a swim but it seems an incorrect paint may have been used on the walls and it hasnt held up well against the pools humidity. The salt room and steam room could also use some improvement. The facilities are fine but given how much you pay, I would expect a bit better.

Disappointing the Hotel looks lovely and spa really let it down

The shower was good and it was in a central location. The staff were nice and breakfast wasnt bad. Nice decor. If you going as a couple or friends just want to sleep somewhere then its good.

This hotel is geared towards couples.This should have been stated The rooms arent private meaning you can see each other go to the toilet and shower. Not really ideal when staying with friends or family. To me adult only means no children not glass doors between the bedroom and bathroom ormirrors on the ceiling. All just very uncomfortable. The coffee machine didnt work properly nor did the tv. The worst part of the stay was the spa. It is full of mould and damp. Personally this should have be closed to sort that out. I did speak to management regarding this matter.
