location was perfect
Excellent all round
Needed full length mirror in room.. everything else wonderful
Location is great
Very crowded.
I like this place - very close to the sea. Beautiful view. Very good soundproofing in the room. Huge choice of restaurants around. Nice beach.
Towels were clean, but weren't white and with spots. I thought that swimming pool is bigger.
The location of the hotel was why we booked, as well as the price compared to other comparable properties online.
The staff were extremely rude, not welcoming at all, and really didnt care less. Arrived at 1pm, said if we wanted to go out to put our luggage in baggage room ourselves (no concierge to do this), it was a tiny room filled with 20-30 bags, so security. You just walked in put a bag in or took out whatever you want. Didnt make us feel that our bags would be safe or secure so we ended up staying in the lobby foyer until our room was ready at 3pm. Went up multiple times to ask about our room, the hotel staff ignore you for as long as possible then brush you off, or just start speaking to someone else in Hebrew (who has interrupted) mid conversation. Finally got up to the room and its super basic, nothing like the pictures. Paid to upgrade to a Junior suite and for $800 AUD per night I honestly feel like asking for a refund and paying $1000 night to stay somewhere else, assuming their pictures are correct. The bathroom hasnt been cleaned properly, toilet has streaks and stains on it still. Body wash in bathroom is half empty. Welcome cookies on desk in bedroom that are already opened. Floor in bedroom is sticky, so go to put on hotel slippers, they are dirty, so end up wearing my own sandals around the room.
