breakfast was good, staff very good and helpful, location was great near the city center.

The bed was rather hard and I thought old and needed replacing. It was the only negative of the whole stay. My friend and I were a little nervous of the people who were in the nearby street from around 5pm so we didn't stay out at night

The location was excellent with walkable access to shops, restaurants and sights. Car parking was great although the access road was narrow. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and efficient sums up this hotel.

Not much to say about this. It was not a glamorous place and looked fairly unprepossessing from the outside but was certainly comfortable and great for a one night stay. Any complaints would just be picky.

We have stayed at the Quality Hotel Pau on two previous occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly and efficient, breakfast facilities are very good, catered by a charming woman. Parking is secure and free. Accommodation is of a good standard.

Efficient and straightforward check in. We were travelling with friends and the hotel changed rooms so that we were all on the same floor. Room very comfortable and excellent beds. Very high standard of cleanliness in bathroom and bedroom. Good showers and plenty of hot water! Efficient, helpful and very friendly staff throughout. Parking secure, efficient and plenty of space. Would use this hotel again as approximately 10 minutes from centre and approx 12 to historic centre.
