Very dated inside and no usb ports to charge my phone Shuttle bus didn’t start running back to the airport in the morning so had to arrange a taxi . The free shuttle bus was one of the reasons I booked that hotel

The facilities could use improvement. The shower setup, particularly the hot water controller, is difficult to use and not user-friendly.
Breakfast was good but not fantastic.
Charged twice for the room and showed the staff our banking app in real time of the double charge, but was told that it didn't go through. Staff not very friendly. Staff need to learn customer service. Not enough parking, dining room too small. Bathroom sink plug got stuck, took 2 hrs for maintenance to attend the room to look at it. Stay here only if desperate.
Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable.

Didn’t like the carpet in the room, it was stained.
