Of the days we stayed we were told to pay for breakfast and we were supposted to receive free breakfast but we did not receive it at all , at night my partner and i were talking then the male manager told us that we are making noise(outside) but there were people playing music in their rooms and he never bothered to tell them instead about noise . ! Racism at its best

I booked through Booking.com I got there, paid as per the quote i received, I was given the keys to a room they had allocated to me. In the morning I was told i needed to pay more money because the room i used is more expensive. i asked them why they didnt give the room I paid for, they told it was a mistake on their part, but they wanted me to pay for this mistake. Could I have known i was given an incorrect room I would have mentioned it to them but I dont know how their rooms are charged so i took what was allocated to me. I am a regular guest at the guest house, i visit every second week, I have never had a problem before. I was treated with so much disrespect in front of other guests. I felt like a fraud, the lady was very rude to me, extremely rude. i am doubtful if i will ever use this guest house again which is a shame because I have always enjoyed staying over and i always recommended it to my staff when they visit the area. I hope this incident can be dealt with because it's unacceptable to be treated the way i was in front of other guests as if I didnt want to pay for the service. it was a disgusting treatment I receive from the young receptionist.
