Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort Curio Collection by Hilton

Ummm everything!!!! A really warm welcome with a glass of bubbly after a stressful journey, to be shown to our lovely room. Housekeeping are actually magic, I didn't want to mess the bed up, I have never seen such precision bed making! The toiletries provided were beautiful and the balcony was a lovely size to spend some time on. All the staff were phenomenal. It was the end of the season but the energy and professionalism didn't waiver. I had a mix up with luggage that happened at the airport. The reception staff managed to resolve it for me despite it nearly being 1am. Breakfast was to die for, excellent quality, superb range, tasty, high quality and always fully stocked. The restaurant and the sea view really made it. We ended up eating the same evening meal twice in the restaurant it was so good. The love music was brilliant. Perfectly selected to marry with the ambiance and vibe of the hotel. Pool area was gorgeous and we really enjoyed our morning yoga class and the use of a small, but perfectly equipped gym area. It was spotlessly clean too. We both thought it was a really nice touch to have an active resort experience manager. I don't think have ever been asked for feedback while in the hotel. Such a simple idea to make sure any small areas of friction or complaint can be dealt with on the spot without you needing to seek out a member of staff which don't want to do when you are trying to relax. Unfortunately we had nothing to offer him!!! The offer of making recommendations and helping us enjoy the holiday and making the best of the hotel facilities was really appreciated. I don't think we can return looking at next year's prices which is a real shame. We jist lucked out with a good deal. For now we will both have very happy and special memories of this trip. I will certainly keep my eyes peeled for another deal.

Nothing! Just a hint that it is relatively isolated and you'll need a car or only be looking to fly and flop for a couple of days.

The design and the layout were lovely. The staff were super nice.

The food wasnt exceptional. Fruit and salad was excellent but the cooked food was a bit bland.

Great location. Rooms are really nice Staff are all really helpful despite an uncertaintity around ownership and the fact that the hotel was closing the following week Loved the hotel and we would definitely go back

Mixed feedback on the food - some of the "hot" items were cool at breakfast on both days but the quality of the food was vey good. The evening meal on the first night was poor (swordfish and linguini) but the second night was much improved so a mixed bag. Bit noisy from other local hotels but if you close the sliding doors, they block out the noise

Everyone and everything! Half board was surprisingly amazing. View was amAze. Staff was so nice and helpful. Loved all.

Room cleaning is stretched over the full day, which isnt idea. You can select a time at reception for your room to be cleaned every day so i would suggest yoi do this, otherwise you could be waiting as late as 5pm
