The staff were the friendliest and the best thing about the establishment. Second best thing was the complimentary tea bags and instant coffee sachets as well as bottled water.
Lack of a microwave and fridge.
Location was pretty good and lobby area was spacious and bright, staff seemed friendly on check out.
The noise in our corridor, think we were unlucky with our room allocation as there seemed to be a big group on our floor. We didn't realise that there would be noise in our corridor during the night until we were already in bed so we couldn't ring down to reception then, not to mention the hassle it would have been to move room with our luggage in the night. The noise was unfortunate as we were there for an early hospital appointment the next morning so had been hoping for a good sleep. The air con fans on the roof outside our room which were very noisy weren't actually as bad as the corridor noise, could hear voices and full conversations that woke us up when we actually got to sleep.
