Location, comfortable bed
The payment for the stay was conducted by Booking. However, on the first night of stay they charged my card for $855.94. I found out about that in the morning and went to talk to the front desk manager. She told me it was a mistake and they charged my card instead of third party card which is Booking’s and that they would return my money back to the card. So, 1.5 week passed and I still do not have that refund. They do not give any answer in messages saying I should contact their front desk manager. I tried to contact Booking on that matter but they are silent. So, beware

Delicious breakfast with breath-taking views. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Car service was great since parking is very difficult in Santa Monica!
pillows were too soft and I couldn't sleep well on them; mattress was comfortable. Car service doesn't start till 4 pm so we had to uber until then.
Beautiful hotel and the service is absolutely amazing. Angel was amazing as was Jorge in the restaurant and Brian. Also the head of bell team.
