Its a paradise in earth.

I loved the tranquility of the place. It is without a doubt a very well thought Hotel for the Only adults audience. The staff is by far the best asset of Margaritaville (Martin, Jose, Rolando, Patricia, Ana, Dominique... just to mention some of them but everybody was great!). The food is excellent and the chance to enjoy different type of food (Italian, Latino) even being in Mxico is outstanding. The green areas mixed with the exotic shapes of the swimming pools are simply amazing. We found a lot of fauna around: Birds, Raccoons, Salamanders (Lovely). You need to enjoy the Spa experience (It is a must) .... Yes, the hotel is a bit small but it was perfect for me enjoying my honey moon with my wife. Thank you Margaritaville Cancun. You guys made of this experience an amazing one! Cheers.

The approach looking for members must change ASAP. Also the transportation costs in Cancun are overrated. Thanks.

Staff, food and clean.

Super quiet and literally no entertainment during the day apart from a few exercise sessions. You can go to relax for 1 or 2 days but you'll be bored for any longer. Also advertised a DJ playing in the app and then never had one, and was told it was an hour. This was after waiting all day for some sort of entertainment.

Never again.

Nothing. Over priced and more hassle than vacation.

Problem upon problem. They couldnt find our reservation told us we may be at the wrong property. The next day there was blood on our sheets and pillowcases when we came back from dinner. Management was extremely rude and unhelpful threatening to call the police. Will never go back no recommend this property.

The room layout and space was very nice. The resort was very safe and intimate.

Weve traveled the world staying in a range of hotels from 2 star in rural USA to 5 star in French Polynesia. Weve been to Cancun several times. For the price point the food was aweful (low quality); lot of cheap alcohol and syrup based drinks as well
