There is no smoking room, but a lot of cigarette butt on the floor of the balcony. The room has smell. Load noise from somewhere every night from midnight to the morning, talked to the stuffs, just be told there are a lot of clients complaining about it, but never sorted. Reception gave out vouchers for the buffet, while trying to use them, be told different conditions by the stuff, then be charged because we breached the conditions written on the vouchers. It was the worst hotel I have been in for the whole life.
Beautiful hotel. Great location. The room was pristine; very spacious clean and comfortable. Also a fabulous city view even from the second floor.
The hotel was booked through booking.com. I later found out that if I had booked directly with the hotel it would have been the same price. However, the hotel also offered breakfasts, $50.00 credit and free parking included in their price. I contacted booking.com and they advised that they only “price match” and that doesn’t include extras. I have used booking.com for the last few years as I thought they were good value for money and I have reached Level 3. I have now learnt my lesson not to make booking.com the only place to look for accommodation in the future.
