The location is good and the bar area is great.

The reception is very poor. The aircon was broken throughout the hotel and it was most uncomfortable to sleep. Our room was very large but the bathroom was minute with nowhere to put your toiletries, even the towels were in the bedside cupboard, not user friendly at all. Someone burst into our room without knocking in the morning, after staying there twice within a week we would not ever stay there again.

Air conditioning was broken. This is unacceptable for an organisation like yours. Clearly you are milling profits and not maintaining the hotel!

The location is great, the room is very nice with really comfortable bed.

Incredibly slow reception and then the room was not ready. We were not impressed that the parking was not included when you have paid a premium to stay in the hotel!

The hotel had a lot of wedding functions that night and it was noisy in our room. However, at midnight, the noise stopped which was good. Not exactly romantic.

Superb hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and went over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable. Location is central, near the Calgary Tower. The building architecture in the lobby is stunning.

Only drawback is that the hotel is next to the railway track so beware train noise.

Menu in restaurant is restrictive, especially when staying more than a night or two.
