The property had a deck and room to enjoy the sunshine when it was out

The internet was poor. To get any reception you have to have at least 12 mbps and we never were close to that. We didn't have any at time and only 1 to 3 mbps. Also, it needs some upgrade. The lighting in the bathroom was not good and the same for the bedroom. Also could use a microwave VS the toaster oven or both.
