Hotel clean and in the perfect location, bed was comfy.

Paying for the location, very bog standard hotel, really really small room and bathroom (Premium Double), has a lounge like a waiting room and small separate breakfast/ bar cafe style. Couldn't access roof terrace in pics. Very over priced for 1500 for 4 nights without breakfast. I am surprised its so highly rated in terms of luxury it's not a 4 star. We must just of had a bad room, but as I say, the location is perfect.

Property gave me wrong directions to get there. Wandering around at 11 p.m. at night as a single woman in the dark with no lit paths was scary. Like other hotels who take you to your room and show you where to put in the hotel card, how to turn on the lights, the tv, and give you the internet password, the receptionist did none of this. I tried to call from the phone---it didn't work. If you do need outlets, they are few and behind furniture. I suggest finding another hotel

The service was very slow, they didnt have enough employees The room was nice but view was awful, it looked like a prison- very small and narrow court with other old buildings view and clothes hanging!

Air conditioner was working well very cold and cant change temp Staff are busy and cant get room service easily

The location directly on the Grand Canale was incredible! The garden area in the back to eat breakfast was wonderful. Receiving a cappuccino upon arrival was a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are sooooo small. There is barely enough room to open your suitcase all the way.
