Not a four star hotel-good...

Breakfast and reception staff lovely, breakfast great. Like the eco ethos. Location is great too. Prague is lovely

Pillows awful, bedding and towels smell really bad. Agreed with the three day clean but even that wasn’t done, cleaning was appalling. There is a bar but it’s closed. Vending machine instead-nothing in the mini bar and would ditch bedroom carpets if you aren’t going to clean them properly. Rooms are tired I think. Booked a superior room so thought it would overlook the square. It didn’t.
