Nice, clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible

Location is great, really close to Sanjo area which has everything. Check-in process was a breeze. The room is clean and nice for one or two travellers.

Lobby is tiny and not really accomodating as a waiting area before check in. There is no toilet on the first floor for those who haven't checked in yet.

Superb

The room was super spacious compared to other hotels In japan which was nice. The street is very quiet yet still close to convenience stores and train stations. About a 20-30 minute walk to the main streets and markets which isn't bad considering the breathtaking views along the river and streets.

The bed was a little hard and pillows a bit flat but not unberable.

Well placed, mostly clean, and easy to check in.
