Excellent Breakfast

Our room was a little dark. But it was a very small problem. We really enjoyed the stay.

It was in a perfect location right next to the bus station

It was very clean the restaurant was well managed with good breakfast selection

We parked the car in the hotel's garage. Check in was very quick and receptionist was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. We were on the 5th floor and view was very nice, we had a small balcony in our room and a larger one on the floor. It's only a 10 minutes walk to the basilica.

We had dinner from the buffet at about 9.15 pm, food was very dry due to long time standing under lamps.

The wall is very thin, I can hear the neighbors noise

Family friendly hotel close to the bus station. Also, there is a open air tour train that will take visitors to the religious sites for a small fee at the station. Thanks to the receptionist for letting us know about this prior to our visit. She also gave us great dinner recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice.

Fantastic location, the staff went above and beyond for the little things that I asked for my 80 year old mother. Extremely friendly. One of the best I ever encountered in hotels. Highly recommend this hotel.The suite with the terrace was superb, very large terrace. I really liked the fact that you reserve the Spa time, it was just for us and nobody else.

The Spa was very nice but limited on options.
