Hotel Laumon

Overall very good stay, staff was cooperative and helpful. Hotel Location is near to bus, metro station and supermarket. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurants are nearby.

No daily room cleaning service, you have to wash the kitchen utensils on your own. One room attached and one common bathroom for 3 bedroom Apt. not suitable for 6 pax or more. The management take 300 Euro refundable deposit in advance. Nothing much to dislike.

I did not liked anything related to the room booked. The hotel is nice.

The room was not cozy. I did not feel any warm inside. The walls are painted in a dark color. The design of the room was very bad and very uncomfortable. The walls are very thin, the noises from other rooms or hotel can be easy heard.

The staff were super helpful, the location was perfect, close to the metro and buses and some lovely areas to walk around locally and restaurants (caf angel was our fave) and the rooms were lovely! Very clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, we loved it!

There's only 2 points that mark the room down. Firstly, the noise. There's a few other reviews mentioning how the walls were paper thin and they're not wrong. In the evening you could hear people wandering around and talking and the elevators going up and down, and in the morning it was the cleaners making a lot of noise. It's not the end of the world but a bit annoying, maybe some signs or something need to go up to remind people to be aware of their noise levels? Secondly are the towels, they're tiny. As someone who is slightly larger it's so disheartening to not be able to wrap myself in a towel. Even my slim husband just about fit them round himself. Fortunately there were 2 towels so I could make-shift a larger one, but please invest in bigger towels.

Booked this as it was very close to my conference venue. Basic, but big rooms and clean. Superb staff, but Internet is almost non-existent, at least it was in the room I stayed for a couple of nights; I used my own data throughout my stay for even sending an email, let alone make calls or stream. More like a nice B&B, big bathrooms, rather horrible view to a backyard, strange mattress, functional for a very short stay.
