Location
This was the most confusing layout of any hotel I have ever seen. It felt like I was going through the tunnels between the capital and the senate building. Had to have something go through the maze of tunnels to unlock the room and let the rest of in.
The front desk staff were nice and friendly.
It was disgusting. Old, moldy, horrible smell, no hot water, and the water smelled.
It was on the area I was requesting.
It was very old and run down, no hot water the first night, very limited breakfast. Tile was falling off the shower wall. Sink was clogged. I would not say it was a 2.5 star hotel. More like a 1/1.5 stars.
location and view
shower curtain rod obviously looked like it had been reattached to the wall and that repair failed miserably. was worried curtain would fall off if you weren't very careful
Check in staff was excellent. Breakfast was very minimal.
The view was a beautiful panoramic spectacle. The room was large and updated w a nice balcony. Staff was super nice and allowed an early check in. The bathtub was old and towels basic but for the price, it exceeded my expectations. Would I stay again-yes!
Breakfast was limited but there was one
Nothing, the location was fine but there are many other hotels in the vicinity to choose from - please do so!
This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had for a long time, it feels like you are staying there the night before it closes for good. The staff clearly don't want to be there and I don't blame them! Rundown, dirty and feels like the Shining.
