The room great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and the selection was fabulous. Everything kept filled would have liked bananas as a third fruit option. Great room for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Mostly clean
TV didn’t work. Pull out couch had no bedding. Staff eventually brought sheets and pillows up but reported no duvets left so gave five top covers instead- froze. Pull out couch mattress had many springs sticking up so sleep was very uncomfortable.
I liked the soft beds and bedding.
Curtains and walls were dirty. The bathroom was stained. The pool needs a bit of renovations.
Breakfast was always refilled when things were emptied
Although it is a non smoking hotel, the hallway stunk of stale smoke. When we sat on the side of the bed, the top and bottom lifted because the springs were so worn down. You actually sank into the middle of the bed. Super uncomfortable. 3 of the 4 pillows were so lumpy that they were unusable. Mold on the wall and ceiling in the washroom.
