The building has three [3] floors and the elevator has yet to be repaired since my first visit.

The location

Everything, the elevator didnt work, the carpet was very nasty. They have doors between the rooms and we cant locked, its supposed to be non smoking hotel but the other guests put bags in the fire alarms and the hotel dont even know. It was just one night but I wouldnt stay again there.

literally nothing

Everything. When I first arrived the pool was dirty and out of order but didnt mention it on the website when I booked. the lobby was over 100 degrees due to the ac being broken, that also wasnt mentioned on the site when booking. I get up to the counter to check in and the guy said it was okay to go check the room before I payed, I go upstairs to check the room and wasnt even in there for 5 mins before the guy at the desk storms in and asks whats taking me so long to check the room, mind you the elevator was broken and we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to ever get to the room. so we were rushed back down stairs to continue paying. after paying we went to sit our bags in the room and then left. when we came back I lifted my bag up to get clothes to take a shower and I see a roach run from under my bag. I immediately grabbed my stuff and went back down stairs to tell them what was going on, I get to the desk and no one was there, waited 15 mins before someone finally showed up to help me. I told the lady at the desk who was working the night gift what just happened and what happened earlier that day before checking in. she offered to switch us rooms and I declined and asked for a refund, she said she had to wait until the manager got there the next morning for her to help me. I said okay wht can we do now? it was already 10 pm and we had been driving all day and were read to sleep, to I took the other room for the night hoping in the morning we could figure it out. the next morning I go to the front desk with my belongings bright and early and the same guy was there, I asked for the manager and he said she wouldnt be available today because it was Sunday, I said well why was I told that the manager would be here this morning if she wasnt? the guy proceeded to get an attitude with me and said she may come in around 11 am that day. I said okay and left for the day.
