Shuttle bus to the beach is slow and not always there, it would be better if we can request a baggie to our room

The staff were so friendly and helpful with attention to detail and always with smiles! Two of the pools had pool bars, which was fun before sunset, the beach area was quiet and relaxing, with a great beach bar! The dive centre is just a walk along the beach so convenient. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the seafood restaurant was our favourite! (Included for a night in the all inclusive option) and the Bedouin night was very special - paid extra for this and it was worth it! Fire dancer on beach night was fantastic! The entertainment team seemed fun but we weren't involved with much of that as spent most our time snorkeling and diving. Aladdin (probably definitely not how you spell his name sorry!) and his colleague at the beach towels were awesome! Diaa the Bellman Shift Leader was always ready to give us a ride to the special restaurants or to and from Reception with all our bags on arrival/departure and always happy and ready to help!

The only thing we could say was that the beach party had a really amazing fire dancer, but we had to wait for a singer to sing about 10 songs first..and the song choices were not really in line with a beach party (My Heart Will Go On was one of the choices) I feel like a different kind of entertainment could fit better before the DJ and fire dancing! That's literally the only tiny thing I could think of!

Restaurant opening hours could be extended to fit diving hours.

Excellent people in the hotel including the big bosses (managers). Hilton is a guarantee of luxury, good food, but I was most pleased that the great people work at the hotel. I believe the owners also take good care of them and are well paid for their good service. Thank you and I will come back in December this year.

I don't understand that I got a better price through your booking system than directly at the hotel for the next night. How is that possible?

The room size was good and the staff was so helpful

The animation team are not qualified. The pool bar was too crowd We always cant find an umbrella and if we reserve one the worker take it after 45 mins if we are not there. The roomss air conditioner turns off two times a day The pool was not clean The sea is too far Low quality of the food They reduced the number of the staff Geckos are everywhere and i found one in my room
