Located on 8 acres of private beach in Cabo San Lucas this resort offers well-equipped suites. It features a spa 3 outdoor pools and a hot tub overlooking the beach. It?s location, absolutely incredible beach

Things are beginning to get worn out and outdated, very little effort to put money into the hotel. Issues with air conditioning throughout entire hotel and it was not very hot outside.

1. Staff upgraded our room upon our arrival, at no charge. 2. The bed was over-the-top comfy and so were the pillows. 3. Concierge services were outstanding, particularly "Roberto". 4. Finally, great margaritas! (We did NOT do an all-inclusive on this trip and it was our first vacation to Cabo.)

We did not like getting confronted in the lobby with sales pitches for Time Share, in which we have No Interest.

The grounds were amazing and the staff was very friendly. If you like being away from all the tourist stuff then you will love this location. It was quiet and secluded. Everything is a quick ride away.

This is a time share property and I don't like the pressure to attend a meeting for free stuff.
